Ordering/Configuring (SR2S)
- Measure the physical space(footprint) available for your array/system.
- Note existing fixtures (e.g. roof rack, awning, A/C, vent, antenna, etc.) that may cast shadows on the array or interfere with operation and adjust your dimensions accordingly.
- The mounting legs(incl.) can be orientated in 3 different variations (IN/IN, OUT/OUT, IN/OUT) and moved laterally along the side of the main rails. This allows for a broad range of mounting screw distances.
- Record the net footprint length and width. Use these measurements in the Models/Configurations Chart to determine which models fit your space or suit your needs.
- SR1S/SR2S Series has 3 model lengths: 48", 60" and 66".
- SR1S/SR2S Series is sold by the width inch. Minimum size is 22" PV Array Width (31" Footprint Width(Manual) or 37.77" Footprint Width(Motor Kit)).
Steps:
- Expand/open the Models/Configurations Chart below.
- Download/open the Dimensions Drawing.
- To determining which Series Model(s) number fit your footprint length, start by using either the 'Footprint Length 'Manual' or 'Footprint Length 'Motor Kit' size columns to filter choices. Note which model(s) fit and their corresponding PV Array Length(Max) size(s).
- To determining the maximum PV Array Width available, SUBTRACT either 9in(Manual) or 15.77in(Motor Kit) from your measured Footprint Width.
- Record which models fit your criteria, and the corresponding PV Array Length(Max) & Width(Max) sizes.
- A PV Array can consist of a single or multiple PV panels.
- The PV panels can be installed in any orientation (e.g. horizontal or vertical).
- The total or combined measurement of the PV panels in an array cannot exceed the PV Array Length(Max.) and Array Width(Max.) sizes listed in the chart.
*NOTE: Manufacturer's specified dimensions are not precise and can be up to +/- 0.25in [6.3mm] per measured panel length. If possible, purchase and measure the actual panel or combined panels prior to placing order.
Information required to use in the Cart:
